Red Garuda Practice and Black Garuda Transmission On the Full moon January 6th 8am-9am (PT) on Zoom 5pm to 6pm Central European Time (CET) Chaphur Rinpoche will lead a practice based on the teaching of the Red Garuda. The Red Garuda practice supports the student in rising above all obstacles and obscurations.
